1. Administrative Fees

Administrative fees paid to U-V REZOLVE are generally non-refundable, as they cover processing, administrative work, and case initiation.

2. ADR Professional Fees

Fees paid towards arbitrators, mediators, or conciliators may be refundable or adjustable only if proceedings have not commenced, subject to applicable rules and contractual terms.

3. Cancellation by Parties

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined based on:

• Stage of proceedings
• Services already rendered
• Applicable rules and agreements

4. Cancellation by Centre

U-V REZOLVE reserves the right to cancel or suspend proceedings in exceptional circumstances. Any refund, if applicable, shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Fees paid do not guarantee settlement, award, or favourable outcome.
